Force Balance Technique

Greetings cycling enthusiasts! 

Dean Kotopski here to give you a brief explanation of a system I have created to align the lower kinetic chain (low back to the ankles) that delivers maximal hip flexor, quad and hamstrings power while reducing your chances of injury. 

Many athletes have weakened hip flexor strength and a mis-aligned pelvis and don’t even know it. This anomaly can create chronic low back, hip and knee pain and weaken our hip flexors which is crucial in delivering power on the upstroke of the pedaling cycle. I have developed a simple 3-stage system of rehab called Force Balance Technique inclusive of aligning the pelvis, strengthening lower kinetic chain musculature with EMS (electro muscle stim) and coordinating proper muscle firing sequence. I have used this system to work on athletes in the NHL, NFL, CFL and UFC with good to excellent results.
